Not Included

• Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica (separate state, not a Roma Pass partner)
• The Colosseum's mandatory timed reservation and its booking fee
• Colosseum arena floor and underground areas
• Airport transfers at Fiumicino or Ciampino
• Security screening priority (screening is mandatory for every visitor)

Good to Know

• The 72-hour clock starts on FIRST USE - your first museum entry or first transport validation.
• The Colosseum requires a separate timed reservation. Booking it through TicketOne carries a EUR 2 fee; booking by email or phone with the Roma Pass call centre carries no fee.
• The pass creates no extra Colosseum availability. If slots are gone, holding a pass does not help.
• Never spend a free entry on a museum that is already free to enter.
• State museums in Rome are free on the first Sunday of each month, which removes much of the pass's value on a trip that straddles one.
